PhD Studentship (3 years) Trade, Technology and Productivity

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and talented researcher with the ability and interest in providing excellence in research and impact in the field of International Business Economics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in economics or international business (using quantitative methods), excellent analytical and quantitative skills, a track record of producing high-quality research and excellent written and oral communication skills in English. This is a full-time position.

PhD Studentship (3 years): Firm internationalisation and R&D strategy in the evolving global value chains

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented research student with the ability and interest in learning and researching in the field of International Business Economics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in economics, international economics, or international business (using quantitative methods), excellent analytical, quantitative and computing skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills in English. He/she will have a good understanding of, and interest in, applied research on international economics, particularly from a business and/or regional lens. Additional research training will be offered in research methodologies.
